The brand is presenting its Spring-Summer 2027 collection with a fashion show in the heart of Milan

Milan, September 25. Elisabetta Franchi takes the body as the starting point for her new Spring/Summer 2027 Ready-to-Wear collection. A collection where sensuality is etched onto the skin and the house’s signature codes take on a new dimension.

There are collections that simply dress you. And there are collections that define an attitude.

For Spring-Summer 2027, Elisabetta Franchi falls into the second category. Presented at The Hub in Milan, at the heart of the fashion house, the new collection explores the relationship between the body and the garment through an idea as simple as it is powerful: a second skin. However, this skin does not conceal—it reveals.

Sheer fabrics take center stage, and tights shed their supporting role to become dresses, skirts, blouses, and gloves—garments that blend with the body to create a silhouette.

The result is a sensual collection that celebrates femininity through fabrics that convey a decidedly contemporary aesthetic.

The Art of Revealing

In Elisabetta Franchi’s new collection, the silhouette is the true canvas. The shoulders, collarbones, and waist take center stage, and the garments play different roles against this backdrop.

And it is precisely in this contrast that the collection finds its strength. The maxi blazers and trench coats are roomy, structured, almost architectural. Corsets and form-fitting garments reclaim the silhouette as the centerpiece of the collection.

Here, the masculine and the feminine come together.

The corset, one of the Maison’s most recognizable signatures, once again sculpts the waist and becomes the season’s central element. Surrounding it, sheer fabrics create a sophisticated and provocative aesthetic that speaks to a self-assured femininity.

Sportswear Takes on a Nighttime Vibe

The collection also plays with breaking the rules.

Sportswear elements burst onto the runway, but with a fresh take. Biker shorts move beyond their usual purpose to become part of urban, decidedly nighttime looks.

Lightweight fabrics, fitted silhouettes, and sports-inspired pieces blend with the tailoring and signature glamour of Elisabetta Franchi. Because in this collection, nothing stays exactly where you’d expect it to be.

With these looks, day meets night, and sportswear becomes a new form of elegance.

Animal Instinct

Some prints never go away—they simply find new ways to make a comeback.

For Spring-Summer 2027, animal print returns with a completely fresh take.

The jaguar is reinterpreted as a true second skin. The micro-print is paired with oversized sequins to create vibrant surfaces full of movement. It’s no longer just a print—it becomes the collection’s defining attitude.

The animal-inspired theme extends to the materials. Leather with an eel-print effect and PVC with a crocodile finish add depth to the accessories and select pieces in the collection.

A take on animal print that breaks away from convention to become one of the season’s most sophisticated trends.

A Palette Between Earth and Fire

The color story begins with deep, natural tones.

Camel, tobacco, and black form an elegant, warm, and timeless foundation. Joining them are nude and pink, which add luminosity and soften some of the bolder silhouettes.

And then red makes its appearance.

Velvety red bursts onto the scene in the collection. At first, it appears timidly, in small accents and accessories. Later, it takes on a much more assertive presence, eventually dominating entire looks.

It is the color that breaks the calm of the palette and channels all the energy of the collection.

The Power of Details

At Elisabetta Franchi, the look never ends with the garment.

Accessories continue the dialogue between opposites that runs throughout the collection. Straight-leg knee-high boots add strength and structure; strappy mules, on the other hand, introduce a sense of lightness.

When it comes to handbags, proportions are once again key. Large styles contrast with small clutches, proving that an accessory can completely transform the vibe of an outfit.

Because this collection is about balance, but also about contrast. It’s about knowing when to exaggerate volume and when to keep it close to the skin. When to go for black and when to let red take center stage.

Prominent Figures in the Front Row

The energy of the collection transcended Milan’s borders and found special expression in the Spanish presence at the fashion show.

Among the guests was Alex Rivière, a Spanish businesswoman, fashion designer, and influencer, known for her aesthetic rooted in understated luxury and refined elegance. Alongside her, Begoña Vargas—an actress, model, singer, and dancer who is a regular at major international fashion events—brought her unique charm to the front row.

Also in attendance was Ninoska Vásquez, a Latin American model and influencer and loyal admirer of the Maison, whose international career naturally aligns with the world of Elisabetta Franchi.

Renowned Australian actress Claire Holt made a grand entrance at the fashion show wearing a head-to-toe look from the brand.

Her presence in Milan also highlights Elisabetta Franchi’s connection with Spanish, Latin American, and American audiences through new generations who find in the brand a recognizable blend of femininity, sensuality, and elegance.

A collection designed for the contemporary woman who seeks to combine style, elegance, and personality in every choice she makes.
