Milan Fashion Week regains its well-deserved recognition in the fashion world for another year, showcasing splendid collections that symbolise elegance, such as Elisabetta Franchi's Spring/Summer 2026 collection.
The collection: Independent, magnetic, self-made women.
The fashion show took place in the so-called ‘House of the Devil’ (Palazzo Acerbi), a location noted for its mysterious and sophisticated atmosphere, all bathed in a pink light that perfectly matches the brand's new proposal.
The collection shows a constant struggle between light and shadow. It features surprising transparencies, tulle that adds lightness, silhouettes embellished with fringes, flowing asymmetries and knitted drapes that mould to the body without constricting it, reflecting the freedom and independence that the brand advocates.
Capri trousers, long low-rise skirts, oversized trench coats and tailored blazers were the most popular items, conveying an undeniable elegance. Materials such as tripolino, printed satin, lightweight organza and, most notably, ostrich leather, set this collection apart, blending attractiveness with functionality.
The colour palette never forgets black, the brand's signature colour, but in this case, it incorporates contrasts between cool butter and nude tones and warm cocoa and clay tones.
What brings strength and cohesion to all the looks are the accessories in this new collection. Maxi and mini bags, shoes ranging from nappa leather mules to suede pumps and leather slingbacks. And embracing luxury, we find maxi metal bracelets.
The collection is complemented by a range of accessories that are both functional and stylish. From a range of bags to a selection of sunglasses, the accessories are designed to complement the collection and make it even more versatile.
Elisabetta Franchi has succeeded in expressing a sensual and delicate woman with her collection, while remaining powerful and unstoppable.
We look forward to seeing you for the next instalment of Acon100cia,
